One Month Old!

Emmy is one month old today! The month has flown and yet I feel like I have aged years!! We are starting to get more sleep. The longest stretch was 6 1/2 hours! But a usual night is 3 stretches of 3 hours so that is much better than where we are at about a week ago!! I can't wait until we can get her down to only waking up once a night! She is growing a ton, we weighed her last week and she was a little over 8lbs. She has finally grown out of newborn clothes! And she is starting to really stare at people's faces and follow things with her eyes. Today she even smiled at me when I was smiling and talking to her. That is the first time she has done that - usually she smiles right before she falls asleep and she's in a dreamy state or right after she poops! :)
