May started with a reminder - dont turn your back one second on your growing daughter. I was making myself a sandwich, turned to get some mustard out of the fridge and when I turned back Emmy had managed to grab the top piece of bread and stuff the whole thing in her mouth.
I have quickly learned 1. Emmy can be very stubborn unless you allow her to feed herself and 2. if you give in and allow her to feed herself make sure to wear a helmet and rain suit. Yesterday I ended up with sweet potatoes dripping off of my nose. At least she thought it was funny.

This past weekend was also Brad's birthday. Emmy appreciated the candles.
and No, that is not neck sweat although I have recently had to SQUEEZE her into a size 18 month pajama, that is drool. Still no teeth...

And then we finished off the weekend with our first annual MS Walk - for those of you that read this and participated - THANK-YOU!
This is a picture with our stylish friend Cam...

Loving the neon green hat and shirts!

and happy it's done. She didnt so much appreicate the stroller ride, she knows if she fusses enough she will instead get to get carried. Thank you to Paula and Brad who also took turns carrying her as she isnt so light anymore...
